Visitors to the U.N.P.A.A. website have the opportunity to 'opt-in' and provide their contact details for personal follow-up by U.N.P.A.A. members. Visitors also have the opportunity to 'opt-out' and have their submitted details removed from the U.N.P.A.A. database. While U.N.P.A.A. complies with the 10 National Privacy Principles from the recent Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000, the site focuses on three basic principles:

  1. The information is stored on a secure database that is accessed by U.N.P.A.A. members only.
  2. Apart from users actively submitting their information in online forms, no other user information is gathered and stored by U.N.P.A.A..
    Information will never be shared with groups or individuals that are not representatives of U.N.P.A.A..
  3. If users would like to find out what personal details U.N.P.A.A. has recorded, e-mail info@unpaa.net, with 'my details' in the subject heading of the e-mail.


Note: As an added precaution requested user information will only be e-mailed to the address used in the original submission form.
If you would like to have your details removed from the U.N.P.A.A. database simply send an e-mail to , with 'remove my info@unpaa.net,address' in the subject heading of the e-mail.
