The UNPAA is a nonpartisan professional organization that enhances knowledge and expertise, professional development, networking opportunities, and outreaches to professionals in the USA.
 
UNPAA was funded to act as a catalyst and a gathering Institution for those professional associations that wanted themselves to be certified, thus protecting and enhancing their members’ profiles and professional curricula.  Members of UNPAA in fact already belong to certified Institutions that sought the UNPAA Certification.

UNPAA also promotes social responsibility and increases the effectiveness of organizations that can act, through their professional services, to modify and improve society.

The Association has its headquarters in Washington D.C.
